Beckley Harvesting recruits crew members from across the United States and various countries. Past participants have included individuals from Australia, England, Ireland, Scotland, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Denmark. If you possess a genuine sense of care and respect for those around you, prioritize safety, adhere to company policies and are eager to learn and follow instructions, we encourage you to apply. Applicants must be at least 18-years old and able to commit to the entire harvest season, which runs from April/May through November. During the harvest season, our work schedule is dependent upon the weather. When the weather is favorable, we work long hours. Conversely, when the weather is not conducive for harvesting, we have time to relax and engage in recreational activities.
